REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with any of your Little Bean purchases, you can return them in their original packaging, for an exchange or refund, within 28 days of purchase. The returned products must be unworn, unused and in the complete original packaging.

Sale merchandise is not eligible for a return or exchange, including bespoke, custom-made pieces.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

​

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders with Royal Mail First Class on orders over £30.

If the value is less, you will be charged £3.95. 

You will receive an email with confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We currently do not offer international shipping on any items.
